Post an Arts Event

Important Posting Guideline:

Please do not copy/paste MS Word text into the Event Description field as it might break our design standard and layout.

Also, please upload web-acceptable image formats such as jpg, gif, or png on the Event Image field.

Categorize accordingly. Please do not game the system by choosing all categories.

We reserve the right to take down or edit your posting if it does not meet our design and layout standards (especially if you copy content from MS Word or upload a non-image format on the Event Image field).

STEP 1: Please enter your event information

What do you want your potential audience to know (description, specific dates and times, admission info, special guests, discounts, etc.) PLEASE do not copy and paste from MS Word as it brings non-relevant HTML code that might break the layout.

Then, maximize your exposure by categorizing your event (Press CTRL or CMD for multiple selection)

STEP 3: Are you hosting an ArtHop Reception? (important so you'll be posted on the ArtHop section)

STEP 4: Post Event Brochures and Embed Event Video (click to toggle view)

STEP 5: Enter the Event Dates on our Search Engine (click to toggle view)

Please review your posting. Once you click on "Post This Event" button, this event automatically gets posted to the categories you've chosen on STEP 1. If you did not choose any category, you will not be able to add them on EDIT mode, so you should go back and categorize the event.
